Who we are

What we collect

We only collect information the store needs to work:

• Order information. When you check out, Stripe collects your name, email address, US shipping address, and the items and totals in your order. We keep a record of that order so we can fulfill it and help you later.
• Cart contents. Your cart lives in your own browser's local storage, on your device. When you start checkout, your browser sends us the items and quantities so we can build your checkout session.
• Support email. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include.
• Site analytics. Our own analytics records the page you viewed, the page title, the site that referred you, campaign tags in the link you followed, and a timestamp.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own hosted checkout page. Your card number is entered on Stripe's page and never touches our site or servers. We receive the outcome of the payment, the order totals, your contact and shipping details, and Stripe reference IDs for the transaction. We never receive or store card numbers.

Analytics, cookies, and local storage

We run our own first-party page-view analytics. The analytics script sets no cookies and stores no identifier on your device. To count visits, our server derives a salted one-way hash that rotates on a short schedule (daily for visitors, 30 minutes for sessions), so page views are not stored alongside your IP address or exact browser details.

There are no third-party advertising trackers or ad cookies on this site. The only data stored on your device by the store itself is your cart, kept in your browser's local storage so it survives a page reload. Stripe may set its own cookies on Stripe's checkout pages.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Fulfill and ship your order and process refunds.
• Answer your support emails.
• Prevent fraud and abuse, together with Stripe's payment screening.
• Understand aggregate site traffic so we can improve the store.

No accounts, no marketing lists

The store has no customer accounts, so there is no account profile or password to manage. Buying from us does not add you to a marketing email list; we do not currently send marketing email at all. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

When we share information

We share information only with the providers that make the store run:

• Stripe, to process your payment.
• The delivery carrier, which receives your name and shipping address to deliver your order.
• The infrastructure providers that host our site and our order database.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to fulfill your order and to meet accounting, tax, and other legal obligations. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve the conversation and keep a record of it.

Your choices and rights

Email support@partyboxaudio.com to ask what information we hold about your orders, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will honor your request except where we are required to keep a record, such as completed transactions kept for tax and accounting purposes.

Children

The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
