PartyBox stands behind its speakers. Here is what the warranty covers, what it does not, and how to make a claim - it starts with an email to support@partyboxaudio.com.
What is covered
PartyBox speakers purchased from partyboxaudio.com are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 1 year from the date of delivery [OWNER REVIEW: confirm the warranty duration - drafted at 1 year].
No registration is required. Your proof of purchase is the email address you used at checkout and your Stripe receipt, so keep that receipt.
What is not covered
- Normal wear, including cosmetic scuffs and the gradual decline of battery capacity with use and age.
- Damage from accidents, drops, misuse, or use outside the product instructions.
- Liquid damage. PartyBox speakers do not carry a water-resistance rating unless a product page states one, so keep them away from rain, pools, and spills.
- Products that have been opened, modified, or repaired by anyone we did not authorize.
- Products purchased somewhere other than partyboxaudio.com [OWNER REVIEW: confirm whether purchases from other sales channels are covered].
How to make a claim
Email support@partyboxaudio.com with the email address you used at checkout or your Stripe receipt, the product model (for example, ABX-2650R), a description of the problem, and photos or a short video showing it.
Claims are handled by email; there is no separate claims portal. We will reply with the next steps, and if we need the product back we will send instructions before you ship anything.
How we resolve claims
For a valid claim we will, at our choice, repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable model, or refund the purchase price to your original payment method. [OWNER REVIEW: confirm who pays shipping on warranty claims.]
Limits
This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights under your state's law; nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty, and we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
