Who you are buying from

The PartyBox store at partyboxaudio.com is operated by [OWNER REVIEW: legal entity name and registered address]. Payments are processed through our Stripe account, so your card statement and Stripe receipt may show the merchant name configured on that account. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices and availability can change at any time before your order is accepted.

Products marked "Coming soon" are shown for reference and cannot be purchased yet. Orders are limited to 20 units of any single product, and to the stock we actually have on hand; checkout will tell you if a quantity is not available.

If we find an obvious pricing or listing error on an order you placed, we may cancel that order and refund you in full instead of fulfilling it at the erroneous price.

Orders and payment

Checkout runs on Stripe's hosted payment page; your card details go to Stripe, not to us. When you start checkout, every item's price and availability is re-checked on our server against the current listed catalog, so the amount Stripe charges always reflects current listed prices, not what your device's cart last saw.

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when your payment is confirmed. We keep a record of each order: your contact email, shipping name and address, the items and totals, the payment status, and Stripe's reference IDs.

We may cancel an order and refund it in full where we suspect fraud or where we cannot fulfill it.

Taxes

Checkout does not currently add sales tax to your order total. [OWNER REVIEW: confirm the sales tax posture; tax collection is not yet activated on the payment account, and this section must be revised when it is.]

Shipping and returns

We ship to United States addresses only; checkout does not accept shipping addresses outside the US. Shipping timelines, returns, and refunds are described in our Shipping & Returns policy at partyboxaudio.com/legal/shipping-returns, which is part of these terms.

Warranty

PartyBox products come with the warranty described in our Warranty policy at partyboxaudio.com/legal/warranty, which is part of these terms. Except for that warranty and any rights the law gives you that cannot be waived, products and the site are provided without other express warranties.

Site disclaimers

We work to keep product listings, pricing, and availability accurate, but we do not promise the site is error-free or always available. Where a listing is wrong, the "Products and pricing" section above governs. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site or checkout, probe or attack our infrastructure, scrape the store at abusive rates, place fraudulent orders, or infringe anyone's rights while using the site.

Our content

The text, images, logos, and other content on this site belong to PartyBox or our licensors. You may use the site for personal shopping; do not reuse our content commercially without permission.

Governing law
